Emerald Isle works great. The return went very quickly, and that was very important. I gave myself a extra hour to make the airport, and LA traffic was a mess as usual. So flying through the return was excellent. Thanks for a nice car , and quick service. They smiled and were polite too!
National is never disappointing. Large variety of cars to choose from and the customer service is excellent. The hassle free experience of choosing a car and driving off is unique. I have even been able to choose a R/T Charger V8 off the lot. I'll never use another.
Cars were ready as usual, and it took all of 3 minutes to be on my way.
My recent car rental at San Diego Airport went flawlessly. I had a good selection of cars from which to choose. I picked a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the car was almost brand new. The rental, the car selection, the exit, the return and the billing all went great. National is the best on price, service and quality.
Great experience. Efficient and helpful guy at the front desk, upgraded me to Emerald Club instantly, and when I was wandering around upstairs (because I didn't really have any idea how Emerald Club worked) three separate people came over to ask if they could help. Chose a new Camry, great condition. No trouble when I brought it back. Basically kept waiting for the catch but it never came. I would definitely use them again.
Great experience! From picking the car I want from the Emerald Aisle to returning the car all convenient & hassle free. Lots of cars to choose from & the little interaction I did have was pleasant and friendly. I now use National anytime I need a rental. I would highly recommend National!
